Typical fares from Detroit Metro to downtown are $40-$50 one way. You may also go to the Ground Transportation counter at either the McNamara or the Smith terminals to seek service, fares form other private carriers.

Public Transportation-

SMART bus

Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional transportation (SMART) services both the McNamara and North terminals with buses running approximately every hour. Route #125 will bring you to the city center, and will take approximately one hour travel time. We suggest that you get off the bus at Woodward Ave and E. Larned Street, then take the Detroit People Mover (www.peoplemover.com ) from either the Millender Center or Financial District stations to hotels, entertainment, restaurants throughout the city center... or it's a short 5 minute walk to Cobo Center, site of the Health & Fitness Expo.
