2021 Cash & Age Group Awards
All individual cash prizes are based on “clock time” (not chip time).
We base all age group and non-cash overall awards on chip time. We include all participants in an age group category. We do not segregate the Overall winners from the rest of the field. Therefore, it is possible for a participant to win an overall award as well as an age group award.
Please allow 8-12 weeks for cash prizing and awards to be distributed. All awards will be mailed to award winners. All cash prizes will be awarded in US Dollars. They will be awarded in the following categories:
Detroit Free Press Full Marathon Runners*

NEW in 2016: A team DOES NOT need a 3:2 gender ratio to qualify for awards. There must be five individual participants to qualify for any award, however any mixed team is eligible.
