Saturday is shaping up to be stellar, folks! We’re so excited to announce all the details for our races on Saturday, October 20th. 

What, when and where:

Saturday, October 20, 2018

9:00am: Competitive 1-Mile

9:30am: 5K

11:00am: Kids Fun Run

Location

William G. Milliken State Park and the surrounding area. The Start/Finish Line of the 1-Mile, 5K and Kids Fun Run will all be within walking distance of each other. That means for you Motor City Challenge participants, you’ll be in the same area for all your races.

New Races, More Fun

We’re so excited for our inaugural Competitive 1-Mile to debut this year! Kicking off at 9:00am sharp, waves of racers will compete for top speed. If you’re competing in The Temptation, The Wonder or The Supreme (part of our Motor City Challenge Series), this will be your first race. Then at 9:30am, the 5K runners and walkers will start their race. Again, if you’re a Motor City Challenge participant, then you’ll be running in this race too! More information on bibs and best practices for Motor City Challenge participants will be coming in the following months.
